• YEARBOOK INFORMATION FOR SENIORS/EARLY GRADS

    Yearbooks—SWW Yearbooks will be FREE for all Graduating Seniors & Early Grads (graduating in June or August 2026)! This is thanks to the generosity of our community sponsors and participants from the 2025 SWW Golf Scramble.

    Baby Pictures—I’d love to include a picture of each of our soon-to-be graduates in the Baby Picture section of the yearbook. Please attach it to the "Baby Picture for the Yearbook" assignment in the Class of 2026 Google Classroom. Baby pictures must be submitted by December 19th in order to be included in the yearbook.

    Senior Pages—Every senior has the option of having their own Senior Page… it’s one page ALL ABOUT YOU! You can include whatever pictures you want, as well as any writing. You will have to let me know by December 19th if you want a Senior Page! All pictures and text for senior pages need to be submitted to me by February 27th so I have time to design your page. The info I will need (the writing for your page) is all on the "Senior Page for Yearbook" assignment in the Class of 2026 Google Classroom. This will be sent out to everyone who requests a senior page on December 20th. You can also stop by my room for a hard copy (Room 202).

    Senior Pictures—Seniors may choose to have their senior pictures taken professionally, wherever you want. I recommend Studio 50 Photography (585-797-6281) but you can go wherever you’d like. If you choose to use a photo from one of these places for the “Senior Section” of the yearbook, please attach it to the "Your Picture in the Senior Section" assignment in the Class of 2026 Google Classroom. This must be portrait orientation. A close-up, rather than a full body picture, is preferred. Senior pictures for the “Senior Section” of the yearbook must be submitted by February 27th.

    Senior Throwbacks—Most of you have been at SWW since 9th grade and some of you may have even gone to elementary or middle school together.  If you have any throwback pictures of you and other Class of 2026 classmates, please share them with me no later than February 27th by attaching them to the Senior Throwbacks assignment in our Google Classroom.

    Messages from Family—Each senior's family is welcome to submit a personal message for their child. Messages must be 150 characters or less and must be emailed to me at sue.hollister@rcsdk12.org by April 10th to be included in the yearbook.  

    *All of your photos should be attached to the appropriate assignment in our Seniors 2026 Google Classroom. If you send them another way, I cannot promise that they will be included in the yearbook. 

    Important Dates

    December 19th—Deadline to reserve a Senior Page and submit a Baby Picture

    February 27th —Deadline to submit pictures/writing for Senior Section, Senior Pages, and Senior Throwbacks

    April 10th —Deadline to submit Messages from Family
