Program Description
Roc Vocademics offers a unique integration of literacy, mathematics, and Career and Technical Education (CTE) to provide students with a comprehensive learning experience. Teachers and CTE instructors collaborate closely to design a curriculum that connects CTE skills with mathematical and literacy concepts, ensuring students develop a strong foundation in both academic and career-oriented skills.Student Capacity

Program Description
Roc Achieve is an enriching summer learning experience designed to empower students and set them on the path to success! Our program focuses on four core subject area with each receiving dedicated 110-minute sessions daily. In collaboration with the City of Rochester, our program integrates a dynamic enrichment component, offering students opportunities to explore the arts and engage in sports activities. This holistic approach fosters well-rounded development and keeps students motivated and engaged throughout the summer. Our curriculum is carefully crafted to be relevant and engaging, providing opportunities for students to explore their interests, social emotional needs and connect with real-world experiences. This is a journey of academic growth, personal development, and fun-filled learning adventures for our students.

Program Description (7-hour school day):
Immerse students in rigorous coursework and engaging enrichment to enhance study skills and enter 9th grade with high school credits. Our academic program offers diverse courses, including captivating electives like Urban Poetry and Latino Studies. Daily workshops aim to inspire students and enhance their learning journey. We strive to ignite students' passion for learning, offering high school credit opportunities and fostering excitement about returning to campus in four years.

Roc City Players is a theatre program open to all Rochester City School District students in grades 4-12. Auditions are done for casting purposes only. Any student who wishes to participate will be a part of the production.
