Once submitted, an application cannot be changed in the Enrollment Platform.

• If you need to update your address and/or emergency contact information, please use the Change of Address form.

• If you need to update your school choices, add documents, or have other questions or concerns, please email us at prek@rcsdk12.org. Be sure to include your student’s name and date of birth in all communications with the Rochester City School District.

Please be aware that submitting a new application may update previously submitted information, including changing your school choices. If your student has already been placed, new school choices are processed as a request to transfer. Transfers are granted if there is space in the available program. If there is no space available, your student will be waitlisted.
