RCSD Strategic Plan 2024-2029

  • The Rochester City School District launched its strategic planning process in July of 2023.  Since that time, a dynamic steering committee was brought together comprised of students, families, staff, and the community.  The result of this work is a comprehensive Strategic Plan that will serve as a blueprint for the future of the District and will guide decision-making and resource allocation for the next five years.  Chief of Staff LaShara Evans will ensure the plan's seamless implementation.
