Essential Questions to guide discussions related to the use of American Rescue Plan funds to support equitable services for students:

How does this investment address student needs with regard to our strategic plan and instructional priorities?

What do we know already about the effectiveness/success of this investment and how will this be measured in the RCSD?

What resources are necessary to sustain this investment? What is the plan for this investment after the funding period ends?
